Go Akhdar is an online platform that aims to help individuals and communities discover the goodness of green and sustainable living. Our vision is to inspire and engage people and organizations across the Gulf to adopt socially responsible and environmentally conscious practices, that not only benefit our individual societies but also our planet at large. Inspired by the Arabic word ‘Akhdar’, meaning ‘Green’, we would like to bring about a green revolution in the way that people live and act.
The Go Akhdar website will bring you green news from across the world, inspire you through meaningful blogs, connect you with sustainable businesses and services, and provide you with opportunities to take action through local events. ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Isha Reddy, the Founder of Go Akhdar, is an author, writer and student with a passion for sustainability and social impact. A senior at Dubai International Academy, Isha aspires to be a social entrepreneur, leveraging her interest in technology and business to create sustainable solutions for our world. Isha is also involved with other projects in writing/blogging, Python programming, AI, and web designing. Additionally, she is the founder of The Care Cards Project, an initiative aimed at spreading hope and positivity to the sick and elderly around the world.
